Please find below a summary update following the Annual General Meetings for MBCC and MBCC Charity.
Dates held:
MBCC Cricket AGM was held on Tuesday 11 November 2025 for playing members only.
MBCC Charity AGM was held on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
Election of key roles, responsibilities and positions within the club:

Support and Volunteers
Coaches Needed
The club are actively trying to recruit coaches for our ever growing junior section so please get in touch if you can help in anyway.
For the 2026 season we hope to trial a rota system of adult playing members to help with coaching on a Friday night, which will remain as the Juniors Training Night. Details of this will be released in the new year.
Umpires & Scorers Needed
We are also looking for umpires, scorers, committee members and anyone who can help within the club in anyway.

New Honorary (Lifetime) Member of the Club
Robbie Jones (Chair) has been awarded with an Honorary (Life) Membership of the Club in recognition of the impact he has made, along with his dedication and commitment to the ongoing success and growth of the club.
Robbie joins a select, distinguished few who have given endless time and energy to the club overs the years, including; Keith Hughes (President), Tim Williams (Treasurer), Steve Jones, Nicola Jones, John Outram and Matthew Maynard (MBE).
Membership Prices and Membership Validity for the 2026 season:
- The current membership card and member benefits are valid until 31 December 2025.
- From 1 January 2026, all memberships will need to be renewed for the 2026 season. You will have until 1 April 2026 to renew.
- Once renewed, the membership and all associated benefits will be valid until 31 December 2026.
- There will be a review of the associated member benefits e,g, discounted food and drinks.
- Senior member - £60 pp (£70 pp after 31st May 2026)
- Senior women’s team member - £35 pp
- Junior member - £30 pp (plus £15 pp for every additional child in the same family)
- Full time students - £25 pp (over 16yrs and in full time further education establishments). Proof of student status required.
- Members unemployed at the start of the season - £15 pp
- Social membership - £20 pp.
- £20 pp per additional social member, available to wives/partners of members.
New Partnership and Support for Foster Wales
CCP / MMBC will be working together with Foster Wales to build better futures for local children.
Foster Wales are part of the network of 22 Welsh local authority fostering services. The Club are delighted to announce that the club will be supporting Foster Wales Anglesey by providing support, help to spread the word and inform local people of important initiatives. Foster Wales Anglesey will also be using the Clubhouse for key meetings, talks, events and social gatherings.

Priorities 2026 (in no particular order)
- Continue to grow participation across all teams at the club and launch an Under 12's Girls ONLY team.
- Grow the volunteer base in order to support key functions and committees within the club e.g. coaches, scorers and umpires.
- Complete the third changing room / female only changing room
- Invest / find investment to replace the score board and housing
- Replace and / or refurbish essential equipment
- Monitor and improve the clubs energy efficiency and aim to keep running costs down
- Following the enormous success of the Junior Teams in 2025, Junior night will remain on a Friday, and will run weekly during term times.
- Quarterly newsletters be developed for all membership types.
